Cupshe Reviews

April 28th I ordered 3 swimsuits on Cupshe for a total of 110,67 CAD. After 2 weeks of tracking my shipment, Canada Post still did not have any info. I contacted Cupshe support, got offered a 20$ coupon to spend on their site as an apology for shipping delay and got told they were treating my order in priority. I waited another week, still no info on my tracking number, so I contacted them again. This time they offered me a 100$ coupon or a 50% refund for my order (that I was to keep once arrived). I waited a couple of days more and got another email for Cupshe telling me the carrier had lost my package and that they would issue a full refund so I can place a new order again. Like hey, I spent at least 1 hour choosing my suits, ordered them, waited soooo long, got told bs from customer support, and they couldn't even just put my order together again and send via accelerated shipping... Oh, and I got the refund this morning: 107,78 CAD... no idea where those few dollars missing got lost, but I bet they'd put it on the carrier.
Overall bad experience, would NOT recommend to anyone.
*Edit : The few dollars are due to currency conversion from USD to CAD.
Also, I would like to point out that the answer I got from customer service after I asked if they couldn't just send the order via express shipping was that : they were sorry their fastest shipping to Canada is 4-6 days and to expect a delay of 1-2 days for Covid.
That would sound wonderful, but it's been a month guys... :/
Misleading info on your part (and why, really ?), loss of my time (and of my money, since the exchange rate had a month to go down...). Added to the fact that nothing fun/positive/satisfying came out of this shopping experience (it's nice to offer coupons, but how can I trust my next order would go any better ?)... I think this review is accurate and honest. Thank you !

A few days after my first edit I was surprised to receive my order by mail ! The 3 swimsuits I ordered are fitting perfectly, good quality and style. Again I'll say that honesty is best in business, I would have prefered to be told it would take longer from the beginning. I am changing my rating from 1 to 3 stars and adding a 4th to be fair : I got my order for a few cents in the end. So thank you Cupshe.
